Mission Statement: To provide fitness and nutritional education, inspiration and motivation on an individualized basis.
Motivation was founded in 2006 by Heather Brunk. It was Heather’s vision to create a personal training studio that focused on each client and their individual needs. That goal was accomplished when the doors were opened in December of 2006. At Motivation, each client will first sit down and set both short term and long term goals and then we will devise a plan together on how to attain these goals. Every work out is a unique experience for the whole body that consists of interval and weight training. Each session is different than the previous to help the body avoid plateaus and continue undergo the desired toning and conditioning.
